Registration is for both main days of the conference (June 22-23) which includes all of the sessions from our keynote, plenary, and featured speakers in addition to supplemental sessions by our clients and internal experts. Hands-on workshops and some “extracurricular activities” are available for an additional cost.

Extracurricular Activities

Make the most out of your visit to New York by taking an in-depth look at your current Taskstream implementation with an implementation specialist, participating in usability testing to inform our future roadmap, and more. These activities can be added during the registration process.

Meet One-on-One with your Implementation Specialist

Schedule time to meet with your Implementation Specialist in person to discuss your use of Taskstream.  This is the perfect opportunity to address any questions you have about your current implementation, discuss how you can optimize your use of the system, or learn more about functionality you may not be using yet.

Participate in Usability Testing

At Taskstream, we are constantly developing and evolving our product to meet your needs.  This free activity gives you the chance to test upcoming features within Taskstream and provide feedback directly to our developers.

Additional Registration Information


Most meals are included with your conference registration.  This includes breakfast, lunch, and a coffee break on both main days of the conference (June 22-23).  Dinner and refreshments will also be provided at the reception on June 22.

Group Discounts

Group discounts are available! A $100 discount will be applied to groups of 3 or more. This discount will apply to each registration, starting at the third registration in the group.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to by Monday, June 1, 2015. Cancellation requests received after June 1st will not be eligible for a refund or forgiveness of amount due. Cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75 service fee. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registrants is permitted as long as both individuals are from the same institution AND the request is received prior to the June 1, 2015 registration deadline. Contact to request a substitution.
